  • Prices and Rooms

    Prices and Rooms

    The listed prices apply per person based on double occupancy. Prices vary depending on availability and the selected travel period within the indicated price range.

    For single occupancy of a double room, a surcharge of 50 % will be applied.

    Children’s Discounts

    • Children under 6 years stay free of charge in the parents’ room in the designated categories.
    • Children aged 6 to 11: EUR 30.00 per night including half board.
    • Children aged 12 to 15: EUR 40.00 per night including half board.
    • Children aged 16+ as well as a third or fourth person in the room receive a 30 % discount on the adult rate.

    Additional Services

    We are happy to provide extra beds or baby cots free of charge. Please notify us in advance.

    Further Information

    The entire hotel is a non‑smoking area.

    Towels, spa bags and bathrobes are available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.

    On your arrival day, rooms are available from 2:00 p.m..

    Arrival is possible daily. Check‑in is available until 9:00 p.m..

    For later arrivals, please inform us in advance.

    Pre‑Check‑in

    To make your check‑in easier, please provide your details in advance via the pre‑check‑in link in your booking confirmation.

    Early Arrival

    If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to use our leisure facilities until your room is ready.

    Check‑out

    On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m..

  • Pets

    Pets

    Pets are only allowed at Hotel Bellevue with prior registration and only in the designated rooms.

    Pets are not permitted in the dining areas or leisure facilities.

    Surcharge & Rules

    The surcharge is EUR 25.00 per pet per night (without food), regardless of size. A maximum of one pet per room is allowed.

    Unregistered pets will incur a penalty and cleaning fee.

    Additional charges may apply for heavy soiling or damage.

    Important Information

    If your pet stays alone in the room, please inform the reception.

    Please also respect the house rules and quiet hours.

  • Guarantee

    Guarantee / Deposit

    Depending on the rate booked, a deposit may be required. A missing deposit does not affect the booking agreement.

    The amount of the deposit depends on the total booking value and can be transferred to the following account:

  • Payment

    Payment

    Payment can be made in cash, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), or by debit card.

    In case of late arrival or early departure, the full room rate will be charged.

    The cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply, unless otherwise stated.

  • Travel Insurance

    We recommend taking out travel insurance or trip cancellation insurance via your insurance provider or online with the European Travel Insurance.

    In case of no‑show, late arrival, or early departure, the total price will be charged.

    Standard Cancellation Conditions

    • from 30 to 7 days before arrival: 70 %
    • less than 7 days before arrival: 90 % of the total price

  • Allergies / Food Intolerances

    Please inform us in advance about any allergies or intolerances.

    Dietary meals and vegetarian dishes are available upon prior arrangement.

  • Minibar

    For environmental reasons, there is no minibar in your room.

    As an alternative, a free beverage room service is available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • Bringing Food and Drinks

    Bringing Food and Drinks

    Bringing food and drinks into all public hotel areas is not permitted.

    Any fees such as corkage, disposal, or the use of dishes may be charged if applicable.

    Consumption in the Room

    Bringing and consuming your own food and drinks in the hotel rooms is generally not permitted and requires approval from the reception. We recommend checking in advance.

    Here too, charges for corkage, disposal, or the use of dishes or glasses may apply.

  • Restaurant Dress Code

    We kindly ask our guests to enter the restaurant in the evening in tidy and appropriate clothing.

    Entry wearing sweatpants, slippers, house shoes, or without shoes is not permitted.
