The listed prices are per person based on double room occupancy by two guests. Prices vary depending on availability and the selected travel period within the stated price range.
A surcharge of 50 % applies for single use of a double room.
Children’s Discounts
- Children under 6 years stay free of charge in their parents’ room.
- Children aged 6–11 years: EUR 30.00 per night incl. half board.
- Children aged 12–15 years: EUR 40.00 per night incl. half board.
- Children aged 16 and over as well as a third or fourth person receive a 30 % discount.
Additional Services
Extra beds and baby cots are provided free of charge upon request. Please inform us in advance.
Further Information
The entire hotel is a non‑smoking property.
Bath towels, spa bags and bathrobes are provided free of charge.
Check‑in is available from 2:00 pm.
Check‑in is possible until 9:00 pm.
Check‑out by 10:00 am.
Pre Check‑in
To facilitate check‑in, guests are kindly asked to submit their details in advance via the pre check‑in link in the booking confirmation.
Early Arrival
Guests arriving early may already use the hotel’s leisure facilities until the room is available.
Pets are allowed only with prior registration and exclusively in designated rooms.
A surcharge of EUR 25 per night (without food) applies, regardless of size.
Pets are not permitted in dining areas or leisure facilities.
Important Notes
Please inform reception if the pet remains alone in the room.
House rules and quiet hours must be observed.
Depending on the booked rate, a deposit may be required. Failure to pay the deposit does not invalidate the booking agreement.

Payment can be made in cash, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by debit card.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full room rate will be charged.
We recommend taking out travel or travel cancellation insurance through your insurance provider or online with the European Travel Insurance.
30 to 7 days before arrival: 70 %
Less than 7 days before arrival: 90 %
In case of no‑show, the full amount will be charged.
Please inform us in advance of any allergies or food intolerances.
Diet cuisine and vegetarian meals are available upon prior arrangement.
There is no minibar in the rooms for environmental reasons.
As an alternative, a free beverage room service is available from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Bringing food and drinks into all public areas is not permitted.
Additional costs for disposal or use of tableware may apply.
Consumption in the Room
Bringing and consuming personal food and drinks in the rooms is not permitted and requires approval from reception.
Guests are kindly requested to wear neat and appropriate clothing in the restaurant in the evening.
Entry is not permitted in tracksuits, slippers, flip‑flops or without footwear.
