Which prices apply to the rooms?
The listed prices are per person based on double room occupancy by two guests. Prices vary depending on availability and the selected travel period within the stated price range.
Is there a surcharge for single use of a double room?
Yes, a surcharge of 50 % applies for single use of a double room.
Which discounts apply for children?
Children under 6 stay free of charge in their parents’ room.
Children from 6 to 11 years: EUR 30 per night including half board.
Children from 12 to 15 years: EUR 40 per night including half board.
Children aged 16 and over, as well as a third or fourth person in the room, receive
a 30 % discount on the adult price.
Are extra beds or baby cots available?
Yes, extra beds and baby cots are provided free of charge upon request. Please inform us in advance.
Is the hotel a non-smoking hotel?
Yes, the entire Hotel Bellevue is a non-smoking property.
Are bathrobes and towels included in the price?
Yes, bath towels, spa bags and bathrobes are provided free of charge for the duration of your stay.
From what time is check-in possible?
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 2:00 pm. Arrival is possible daily.
Until what time is check-in possible?
Check-in is possible until 9:00 pm. In case of later arrival, please inform us in advance.
Is a pre check-in available?
Yes, to facilitate check-in, guest details can be submitted in advance via the pre check-in link provided in the booking confirmation.
Can I arrive earlier if the room is not yet ready?
Yes, if you arrive early, you may already use the hotel’s leisure facilities until your room is available.
By what time must the room be vacated on departure?
On the day of departure, the room should be vacated by 10:00 am.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Pets are allowed only with prior registration and exclusively in designated rooms.
What is the charge per pet per night?
The surcharge is EUR 25 per pet per night (without food), regardless of size. Only one pet per room is permitted.
Where are pets allowed within the hotel?
Pets are not permitted in dining areas or leisure facilities.
Is a deposit required?
Depending on the booked rate, a deposit may be required. The amount depends on the total value of the booking.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Hotel bills can be settled in cash, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by debit card.
Which cancellation conditions apply?
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply unless otherwise stated.
Standard cancellation conditions:
30 to 7 days before arrival: 70 %
Less than 7 days before arrival: 90 %
In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount will be charged.
Are vegetarian or special diets available for allergies?
Yes, diet cuisine and vegetarian meals are available upon prior arrangement. Please inform the hotel in advance about any allergies or intolerances.
Is there a minibar in the rooms?
There is no minibar in the rooms. As an alternative, free beverage room service is available from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
May guests bring their own food or drinks?
Bringing food and drinks into public areas is not permitted. Consumption in the room is not allowed and requires approval from the reception.
Is there a dress code in the restaurant?
Yes, guests are requested to wear neat and appropriate clothing in the evening. Access is not permitted in tracksuits, slippers, flip-flops or without footwear.
